Glenview Residence
We removed the existing 1-story attached garage and constructed an addition consisting of a new expanded 2-car garage with a pre-cast concrete floor to allow a basement below, a new laundry and mudroom, a rear 3-season room, and an addition to expand the kitchen.
The 2nd floor includes a master bedroom suite and additional bedroom. Most of the remaining interior was remodeled, including a new kitchen with custom milled cabinets.
The exterior will include a new front porch and entryway, new masonry and cement board siding.
